The All-Girl Pour

The Day We Held an All-Girl Pour at the Royal College of Art Foundry

What you're waiting to see, gentle readers, is me (Linda Carson) pouring bronze at the RCA foundry in London, England. So hot it's cool. Those little red spots in the air are molten bronze bits being flung back out of the mold by the combustion of wax debris (in the mold). If you're into this, it's a CO2-bonded sand mold and we're pouring LG03. Photo by Adrian Bennett (how ya doing?).
